Quick trip to San Diego day one

Kevin got to go down to San Diego to do some filming at Comicon this last weekend.  He suggested that we come with him and play while he was working.  I was a little nervous about the girls in a hotel room with us and how we'd all sleep, but thought that I would choose to be adventurous.  It was so much fun!  While Kevin worked, I explored the downtown with the girls. From the glass elevator at at the Westin San Diego, where we stayed, Zoey spotted a bouncy house near the bay.  We decided to explore.  At B Street Pier there was a bouncy house dream world including slides, obstacle  courses, little rides.   The girls were in heaven!

Kevin joined us and we ate lunch and kept doing bouncy house fun when he left for work.  When the girls were tired they hopped in the stroller and we were off to explore the waterfront.  We strolled through Seaport Village and stopped at the Embarcadero Park, where we enjoyed some amazing kite trickery.

After dinner (me at a restaurant alone with the two girls.....yikes!) we headed back to the bouncy house for an hour of more fun.  Zoey and I had a great time chasing and racing and climbing and bouncing around the mostly-empty bouncey areas.  She wore me right out.  Someone got a little tired with such a big day and no nap.  She was out by 6pm in the stroller and woke up just as we were leaving the bounce houses.
