Zoeyfly Halloween

Last year Zoey couldn't understand Halloween. I'm sure she wondered why her parents made her wear a fuzzy ladybug costume and walk around a parking lot. This year, she had opinions about the evening.

Opinion #1. Under no circumstances was she going to wear the costume.
Fortunately, when she got out of the car, she changed her mind and let us strap the wings and headband on, turning her into a Zoeyfly--part fairy, part butterfly.

Opinion #2. She refused to smile while wearing her costume if a camera was present. The pictures may not reflect it, but she had a fun evening.

Opinion #3. She was going to eat candy, even if mom and dad didn't unwrap it. No problem. She chewed right through a couple of wrappers. Watch out mom and dad, I think we've got a second candy fan in the family. She follows in her father's footsteps.

Opinion #4: Dad's mustache has to go! (Okay, this one might be mostly mom's opinion.)

Happy Halloween!
